Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

This is the official Shadowrocket website and manual. These terms apply when you visit the site, read its guidance, or follow its instructions. App purchases, accounts, and transactions are governed separately by the App Store listing and applicable terms. Please read the following before using the site.

1. Content Scope and Applicable Terms

This site provides guidance on verifying the official app, getting started, setting up rules and routing, and troubleshooting connections. The documentation explains how to use the app; it does not guarantee results in any particular network environment. Interfaces may change with app or system updates. Check the screens you see as you follow the steps; if anything differs, follow the wording in the app and the information on the App Store listing.

Shadowrocket is available only on Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. The only place to get it is the App Store product page. Check that page for system requirements, compatible devices, and purchase availability.

2. Legal Use and User Responsibilities

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their activities, as well as the rules of any networks, accounts, and services they use. Do not use the app or this site's guidance for unlawful purposes or to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property rights, or network security.

The setup instructions assume you already have your own subscription or server details. Make sure you are authorized to use them, and verify the source, parameters, and access permissions yourself. Keep subscription URLs, credentials, and configuration files secure. Do not expose sensitive information in public feedback, screenshots, or logs. Back up anything you need to keep before importing, replacing, or deleting content.

3. Purchases and Service Boundaries

Shadowrocket is a paid commercial app sold on the App Store. Its developer is Shadow Launch Technology Limited, and its app ID is 932747118. For pricing, payment, restoring purchases, and refunds, follow the listing for the storefront where you made the purchase and its applicable rules. The information on this site does not replace the terms shown at checkout.

The app is a one-time purchase; it does not include a service plan. Buying the app does not provide a server or subscription service. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscription services, and does not store user credentials. Check with your service provider for the validity, availability, and restrictions of any service you already use.

4. Availability and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site does not guarantee uninterrupted access, suitability of its guidance for every configuration, or successful connections. System permissions, network conditions, server status, and user changes can all affect results. Examples explain syntax and procedures; do not replace an active configuration without checking it first.

This site is not liable for data loss or other losses resulting from following its documentation, configuration errors, connection interruptions, or failure to make backups. If a problem occurs, stop making repeated changes, keep your backups, and check each setting in turn. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or affects any consumer rights users have under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related rights belong to its developer or the respective rights holders. The official icon, app screenshots, and site documentation are each protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Visiting this site does not transfer ownership or grant any additional license to use the trademark, app, or other protected content.

When quoting the manual, preserve its meaning and cite the source. Do not edit out context in a way that misleads, impersonate the brand, or present the documentation as a service guarantee. Any copying, distribution, or commercial use beyond what the law permits requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder.

6. Changes to These Terms and Finding Help

These terms may be revised to reflect changes to the documentation, site features, or applicable rules. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” month at the top will be changed. Significant changes to rights or responsibilities will be flagged appropriately on the site. Changes take effect as provided by applicable law and do not retroactively diminish rights already acquired lawfully.

For help with an operation, first check the relevant steps in the user guide, then consult the troubleshooting guidance in the manual. When preparing feedback, include only the relevant interface terms, steps taken, and error details; remove credentials and personal information. For privacy matters, see the Privacy Policy.
